Beautiful landscaping creates a relaxing atmosphere.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, with musty smells and poorly maintained areas throughout the facilities. The convenience of the location was overshadowed by the number of steps. The food quality at the restaurant was disappointing, with offerings that tasted stale and unappetizing.

The location was beautiful, but who could enjoy it? The food was overpriced and just awful, with wasps buzzing around breakfast! And the shower pressure? Laughable! I nearly received a room upgrade as I deserved, but clearly, I was just treated like everyone else. I almost gave this a good review, but just couldn't bear it.

The room is well priced. It has amazing interior design and lovely view over green jungle. It has good location in a cliff, in a really quiet area. There's Warung Pojok located near the hotel, recommend to try food there...

The setting is particularly good and beautiful, really close to a cliff-a beautifully lush, a jungle among green green trees and a large and nicely decorated garden with amazing vegetation. Reasonably spacious and luxurious room with terrace, has free Wi-Fi.

The setting here is really something else, surrounded by lush greenery and a serene atmosphere that's hard to beat. The spacious rooms had fine views.

On the downside, the food options were limited and the breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, often just rice and noodles. The location's a bit tricky for walking into town, especially at night with no footpaths, and the shuttle service runs less frequently than one might hope. The sound insulation isn't great either. I could hear neighbors above me stomping around well into the night. Oh, and don't get me started on the low water pressure in the showers-mostly just a trickle.

The staff provided really good service throughout my visit. The lush garden view from the balcony created a peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated the free shuttle service to the center of Ubud.
